You must respond to interested leads within 24 business hours and book qualified prospects into your calendar. Leads left unanswered or prospects you choose not to book do not qualify as system failures.

If these conditions above are met and we've launched at least 3 different campaign angles, tested at least 2 different ICPs or lead lists, and you've done your part — meaning you've attended at least 3 1-on-1 calls with your account manager and provided messaging feedback within 48 hours when requested — then you will be eligible for a full refund.
