If there is any conflict between these Terms and a written services agreement, the written services agreement controls.
3) No Guarantees
We do not guarantee results, including any specific number of leads, reply rates, meetings, revenue, or sales outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control.
4) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by Sales Lever or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
